Thanks everybody

Ahhh how cute. Really, it was great to party with all the boys and some of the ladies at Jimmy Jame's Abigails Party. Thanks to Colby for the Halo invite, and to those that made it, cheers. To the others, thanks for your kind emails.

Many of you have been to New York before and so you have a pretty good idea of how great this place is. People like Peno have made it out here a few times,...and actually managed to live and make it back home to Van. Well so far so good kids,...its been a blast. For those of you that are planning a visit there's a futon in my studio and its all yours. You'll be located on Carmine Street right in Greenich Village. Apparently I had to learn a thing or two before arriving. Carmine as I'm finding out is a really desired and hip street, so there you go another reason to visit NY.

So far I've met up with my pal Roman,...really cool dude I met during the "Che" tour in S.America (Brazil). We hit some hip Japanese joint in the St. Marks area and then the other night went to his bar. It's one of the coolest and most desired joints in NY and he served me brewskis all night long.

Chicks,...tons,...and HOT HOT HOT. Some real stunners out here and hopefully my readings on evolution will bear some fruit and make some hip little rmacs. Brenner and Chan are on the to-do list. We've done some phone tag and made a few appointments, so this is upcoming and should be fun.

The first cup days in ny, like having your first sip of a hot chocolate (loaded with whip cream) were the best. Eyes wide open and absorbing everything like a sponge. Immediately I took Ms. Janzen,...soon to be Pike's advice and did some walking- really does a body good. Major shopping took place to prepare for the hot summer. After this,...had some really cool ny moments. 1) walked bye an old school barber that had a sign on the window saying Sal is back! Had to go in, and the dew was gettin little shag. Sal did infact cut my hair,...and dude is originally from Sicily. I'm not sure about the whole 'being back' story cause he dodged that question pretty good. Great experience and Im pretty sure I saw all kinds of family and pictures of elvis on the wall. Cool.

Next, got an extra set of keys made at locksmith. Another boy from Sicily and this time, this part-time retired fella got all excited when we started talking about food. Apparently little italy aint noah good no more,...cause all the albanians are putting cumin in his tomatoe sauce. Quite a hoot to watch the body language. Then he went on to explain how to do clams linguini. You gotta shuckem live,...and if needbe put the knife in the back to pop em open. Then you gotta strain all that juice through a tea-towel. THEN and only then do you proceed. Ehhhh, the restaurants today,...no way I go he says,...they got the clams linguini all mixed up. This guy was money.

Whole foods! they got whole foods stores here! Talk about volume,...probably a couple hundred people at any given time going through the checkout lines in union square. They have this intricate system of 8 color coded lines that pop a number on the screen (in your particular color,....say blue line pops up a #14, that means you rush your cheeks to checkout 14) It all works just marvelous and those cash registers are chiming large. Cramer on mad money picked this stock a couple years ago and im sure he's been a happy lad.

OH! i bought a computer. I am 31 years old and can finally say i have a computer. neato!
